2.1 Service Description

Trip Travel & Tours Agency is an online travel agency based in the Philippines that provides:

  • Flight booking services (domestic and international)
  • Hotel and accommodation reservations
  • Travel packages and tours
  • Visa assistance services
  • Travel insurance arrangements
  • The Earning While Travelling (ET) rewards platform

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our platform:

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirming
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our platform are:

  • Subject to availability and may change without notice
  • Inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • In Philippine Peso (PHP) or other specified currencies
  • Final and binding once payment is confirmed

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment partners (Xendit, UnionBank, Wise):

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express)
  • Online Banking and Bank Transfers
  • E-Wallets (GCash, PayMaya, etc.)

3.4 Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

4. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator). Please note:

  • Most bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the service providers
  • Cancellation fees may apply and vary by provider
  • Some promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official channels

4.2 Modifications

Changes to existing bookings are subject to:

  • Availability at the time of modification request
  • Service provider's change policies
  • Applicable change fees and fare differences
  • Our service modification fees (if any)

4.3 Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed:

  • According to the service provider's refund policies
  • To the original payment method used for booking
  • Within 14-30 business days, depending on the payment provider
  • After deduction of applicable cancellation fees

4.4 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), standard cancellation policies may not apply. Refunds and rebooking options will be handled according to service provider policies and applicable laws.

5. Earning While Travelling (ET) Rewards Program

5.1 Program Overview

The ET Rewards Program is our proprietary loyalty program that allows eligible members to earn cashback and points on qualifying bookings.

5.2 Earning Rewards

Rewards are earned on:

  • Eligible flight bookings
  • Hotel reservations
  • Travel package purchases
  • Successful referrals

Rewards are credited to your ET wallet after trip completion and within the timeframe specified in our ET program guidelines.

5.3 Redeeming Rewards

ET rewards can be redeemed for:

  • Discounts on future bookings
  • Upgrades and premium services
  • Exclusive member promotions
  • Other benefits as specified in the program terms

5.4 Rewards Expiration

ET points and cashback remain valid as long as your account is active and you make at least one qualifying booking within 12 months. Inactive accounts may have rewards adjusted or expired.

5.5 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ET Rewards Program at any time. Members will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents
  • Meeting health and vaccination requirements
  • Complying with customs and immigration regulations
  • Ensuring all travel documents are valid for the entire duration of your trip

6.2 Account Security

You must:

  • Keep your account credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Use accurate and truthful information when creating your account

6.3 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use automated systems to access our platform without authorization
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or bookings

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provider Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for:

  • Actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes made by service providers
  • Quality of services provided by third parties
  • Personal injury, property damage, or losses during travel

7.2 Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that:

  • All information on our platform is complete, accurate, or current
  • Service descriptions from third-party providers are accurate
  • Images and descriptions exactly match the actual services

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Text, graphics, logos, and images
  • Software and source code
  • The ET platform and brand
  • Design elements and user interface

are owned by or licensed to Trip Travel & Tours Agency and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Travel insurance is available through our partner providers. Coverage terms and conditions are determined by the insurance provider.
